read the information below carefully when planning your group stay.
Yes. When you book with us, the site is privatised exclusively for your group during your stay. You
will not be sharing the guest accommodation and facilities with another group, allowing you to enjoy your
time together in a private setting. Please note that there is always someone from our team on site for
assistance, security and site management.
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Different check-in or check-out times may be
possible, but these must be agreed with us at the time of booking.
Yes. There is always someone on site, so assistance is available should you need help during your stay.
Yes. CCTV is in operation on site for security, safety and the protection of our guests and property.
Yes. On-site car parking is available for guests. If you are travelling as a large group with several
vehicles, please let us know in advance so we can advise you on the most suitable parking arrangements.
Yes. Coach drop-off and collection are possible. Please let us know in advance if your group will be
arriving or departing by coach.
No. We currently do not have facilities for charging electric vehicles. Please arrange to use a suitable
public EV charging point elsewhere.
Yes. We have an indoor heated swimming pool, available all year round. Use of the swimming pool is charged by the hour and should be booked in advance. For safety and comfort, a maximum of 20 guests may use the swimming pool at any one time. If more than 20 members of your group would like to swim, separate sessions will need to be arranged. Pool sessions are subject to availability and our pool rules. Please remember that swimming towels are not provided, so guests should bring their own.
Bed linen is available for £7 + VAT per person, per stay, or you are welcome to bring your own. If you choose our linen option, we provide a bed sheet, pillows and pillowcases only. Duvets and duvet covers are not provided, so please bring your own.
No. Towels are not provided, including swimming towels. Please make sure everyone in your group
brings their own towels.
No. We do not provide soap, shampoo, shower gel or other personal toiletries. Please bring
everything you will need for your stay.
The kitchen contains a limited selection of basic items, including some plates, cups and pans. However, it is not a fully equipped self-catering kitchen, and we cannot guarantee that every item your group may need will be available. Please bring all cooking equipment, utensils and other kitchen items that you expect to need during your stay.
No. For safety reasons, deep-fat fryers are strictly not permitted anywhere on the premises.
No. We do not provide washing-up liquid or hand soap, so please bring your own. We have a professional dishwasher, and the correct dishwasher liquid for the machine is provided. Please do not use ordinary washing-up liquid or other detergents in the professional dishwasher. Only theproduct provided for the machine should be used.
Yes. One crate of campfire wood is provided free of charge per stay. If you require additional firewood, please check with us regarding availability and arrangements.
Yes. We have two barrel-style barbecues available for guests to use. Please note that charcoal and
barbecue utensils are not provided. You will need to bring your own charcoal, barbecue tools and
anything else you require for cooking on the barbecue. Barbecues must only be used in the permitted
areas and in accordance with our site safety rules.
Yes. Outside caterers may be permitted on site, subject to our terms and conditions. Please discuss your catering arrangements with us in advance so that we can confirm any requirements.
Yes. Our site can accommodate weddings and wedding celebrations, subject to prior agreement and our terms and conditions. As the site is exclusive to your group during your booking, it provides a private setting for your wedding or celebration. Please discuss your plans with us before making firm arrangements with suppliers.
Yes. Marquees can be set up on site for weddings and other agreed events, subject to prior approval. The size, location, installation and removal arrangements for the marquee must be agreed with us in advance. Any marquee company working on site must comply with our site requirements and applicable terms and conditions.
Yes. You are welcome to use a professional wedding planner. Your wedding planner should liaise with
us in advance regarding access, timings, suppliers, setup and any other arrangements affecting the site.
Yes. You can arrange your own wedding caterer, subject to prior agreement and our terms and conditions. Please discuss the arrangements with us in advance, particularly if your caterer requires additional equipment, power, water, preparation areas or early access.
Access for wedding planners, caterers, marquee companies and other suppliers must be arranged with us in advance. Suppliers should not arrive before your agreed check-in time unless early access has been specifically agreed with us.
Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or in any other non-designated areas.
Dogs are not normally permitted unless agreed with us in advance. If you would like to bring a dog or
other pet, please ask before booking. Permission must be confirmed by us in advance.
Yes. Taxis can pick up and drop off at the property. We recommend booking taxis in advance, particularly for larger groups and evening journeys.
Public transport in the area is very limited. There is approximately one bus service twice a day, so we strongly recommend that guests do not rely on public transport during their stay. Please consider arranging your own vehicles, taxis, minibus or coach transport in advance.
No. Fishing is not permitted on the lake. Guests are also not permitted to swim, boat or take part in any other activity on or in the lake. Please ensure that everyone in your group is aware of this rule.
Yes. Camping may be possible for an additional charge, subject to availability and prior agreement. We may be able to accommodate both tents and campervans. Please discuss your requirements with us before booking, as additional charges and terms and conditions may apply.
Where possible, we are happy to discuss special arrangements. Any exceptions or additional arrangements – including different check-in/check-out times, dogs, camping, campervans, marquees, weddings or outside catering – must be agreed with us in advance.
We strongly recommend preparing in advance, particularly when organising a large group.
